　　面试如此重要，因此感到紧张是很正常的。不要给自己定位100分，期望太高，往往容易加强自我倾向；定位80分，较为适中。很多人在面试的刚开始自述简历时就觉得紧张，应尽量控制住讲话的语速和节奏，一两分钟以后，随着讲话的进行，就完全放松了。要知道面试官们想做的只是选拔出适合培养的、可造就的人才，又不是想和你过不去。了解了这一点，能做到这一点就足够了。也可以事先进行实境模拟面试，这也是克服心理障碍的好办法。可以找一个朋友模拟面试考官，然后你从敲门进去到退出都演练几遍。
