The reasons why pirated software has run wild are as follows．First，there is a huge profit behind it.Each pirated disc will produce 200％ net profit．Second，there is no strict law to control the production and distribution Ofpirated software．That last reason is that education Orpublicity has fallen behind．People are not aware of the harm which pirated software would bring to the market and thus they would like to become the purchaser of such kind of software。

In my opinion，our government should take strong action．To begin with，a law has to be worked out，and those who produce or sell pirated software should be severely punished．Only in this way，will the matter be brought under control．(172w)
